Mr. Holt
History Teacher

Mr. Holt hales from the great state of New York and traveled down to D.C. to attend college at American University. He earned a B.A. in International Studies in 2005 with a focus in Human Rights and the Middle East. He is currently working on a master's degree in Special Education from George Mason University.

Before coming to Accotink Alternative, Mr. Holt worked for a nonprofit foundation watchdog in Washington, D.C. His first year at Accotink was 2006, and it was also his first year as a teacher. Mr. Holt teaches both World History classes, as well as United States Government, and occasionally an English class.
